The Advanced ESL program is available for recent graduates of the LINC program, working individuals, those planning on entering the workforce, and anyone already capable of English who wishes to maintain or improve their language skills for daily life. It is also useful for anyone preparing to take an English Proficiency Test for entrance into post-secondary education.
At the beginning of the course, the teacher assesses student levels, personal interests, and goals for the course. Students work on all 4 skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) in both formal and informal settings and receive frequent constructive feedback on their progress.
This course is delivered in-house with frequent opportunities to work in small groups and one and one sessions with the teacher.
Students will need to utilize their own device to access the class. Online classes use zoom.us. Please review Zoom System Requirements to make sure you will be able to attend class.
